You have to review your current routine. Choose a fasting time when you are majority sleep.

- What do I drink?
Water
Carbonated 0 calorie drinks
Natural Juices
- What workout should I do?
30 Mins Cardio
30 Mins Weight Training
- If I drink coffee or water am I still fasted?
Technically not because you are drinking. But theoretical yes, water and plain coffee are 0 calories so you have not intake any calories or food while fasting.
- How long can I do this?
Between 3 to 5 days in a row based on your comfort BUT you must take brakes so your body does not become use to your IF schedule so it can continue to work longer.
- How Long before I see results?
You will see results in a week if you complete correctly. For massive results wait for 60 days #facts
BONUS: Is IF good for women
IF changes your hormones. This may cause a hormonal imbalance and not recommended for women who are trying to get pregnant. Please speak to physician, dietitian or nutritionist before attempting intermittent fasting.
