You have to review your current routine. Choose a fasting time when you are majority sleep.

Example of what I would eat

Breakfast

Lunch

  • 1 Baked chicken leg or breast or filet tilapia
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 Orange

Snack

  • ½ cup nuts
  • 1 apple

Dinner

  • 2 Baked chicken leg or breast or filet tilapia or small salad
  • 1cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup of carrots

Water

Carbonated 0 calorie drinks

Natural Juices

  1. What workout should I do?

30 Mins Cardio

30 Mins Weight Training

  1. If I drink coffee or water am I still fasted?

Technically not because you are drinking. But theoretical yes, water and plain coffee are 0 calories so you have not intake any calories or food while fasting.

  1. How long can I do this?

Between 3 to 5 days in a row based on your comfort BUT you must take brakes so your body does not become use to your IF schedule so it can continue to work longer.

  1. How Long before I see results?

You will see results in a week if you complete correctly. For massive results wait for 60 days #facts

BONUS: Is IF good for women

IF changes your hormones. This may cause a hormonal imbalance and not recommended for women who are trying to get pregnant. Please speak to physician, dietitian or nutritionist before attempting intermittent fasting.
