I made it people.

I stuck to it for 3 days. As for the group no one else stuck to it but this is not the 1st the we have did a group challenge and it just fell apart.

Any who the calories were same as yesterday low.
I did workout it included few weights, 45 mins bodycombat,  30 mins Elliptical
I had this extra energy.  I guess because I knew the finish line is so close.
Ill give my overall opinion on this tomorrow I want to write a nice short but detailed post on this.

Results will be in the a.m. happy friday !
