Last year thought to myself what if I trained like a bikini competitor . I did last year and I lose 20 lbs in 60 days. It was a very interesting journey. I was able to drop all the cardio and include weights. I was able to see a new physique. BUT per usually I have gotten arrogant and sloppy at the same time. I felt like I could eat whatever and kinda workout and maintain the same body
CAN YOU SAY BULLSHIT?!?!
I have created a pattern, a shitty yet crappy pattern. I HAVE GAIN WEIGHT again. Its the exact same 33 lbs up I gained last year plus a 3 extra more pounds. This same exact time. If this is not a crappy ass pattern then I don’t know what is. Here I am encouraging others to get lose weight but I am packing on the pounds.
BUT here I am sharing with you guys that I have had a hard time and Its just the truth.

I grab candy and chips in the grocery line.
I eat burgers, burritos, shakes, ice cream and those of you who have been around for a while YOU KNOW I AM A GUMMY BEAR LOVER…..
I have gained weight again again (that’s not a typo) and I have messed up. Yup I have messed up big time. How did I get here again? I did it before and here I am again.
I have a love hate relationship with this weight thing and it honestly needs to stop here… I want to be transparent with you.
I usually don’t say hard but this time I can’t say it other way.
I MUST LEAD BY EXAMPLE. So here I am again to lay it all out to you. NO I cannot run a challenge because I need to be proof and stick to it.
Now that I have spilled by guts to you all lets get down to business.

Why 8 Weeks. Because I have a pretty expensive photo shoot on 11/7/18. BUT no worries. After this milestone. Ill be doing another 30 days of training until my birthday…. Can anyone say round 2 NUDE RESORT!!!!!
