Level Up Mentally* with actionable steps

Level up level up level up level up [ In my Cierra Wilson’s voice] it’s still a popular phrase in 2021 aka become better in life. While everyone talks about changing your hair, you wardrobe , mayle up routine, get a new degree, change career and or get a new job there is more to leveling up than stuff but there is the mental aspect of it yes I know people say 

‘It’s all in your mindset or have a mindset shift” if you’re anything like me, what the heck does that even mean. Here I am attempting to share with you ways you can you level up mentally but with ACTIONABLE things you can and not just say it’s a mindset. 

1 TALK: Sometimes leveling up mentally means to get some things out of your head literally and that includes talking out what you are going through with someone else. There are so many outlets such as friends or family but if you feel like you want to speak with someone  who can be objective to what you’re thinking about and what you are going through then there are other ways.

2 READ: A good book can change your day. Whether you like sci-fi, self-help or romantic novels, reading can help you learn something new or get lost in another world for a little bit . Reading is fundamental and you can learn many things for a good book that helps you to level up.

3 MOVE: As you can ready I did not say exercise because that sounds daunting at time but studies show that movement Walking 30-40 minutes a day three times per week can help “regrow” the structures of the brain. Now if that’s not a mental level up then I don’t know what is.

4 WRITE: This is for prayer and journaling. Sometimes you have to get things out of your head and onto the payer. Speak to the most high in the most authentic way with no filter and see how burdens can lift from you as long as you believe. Journals help to sort out feelings, emotions and thoughts that some of us may not need to share with anyone but get them on paper and this is a way to level up mentally.
