Happy Halloween my wordpress fam. While some of us will be snacking on candy I will be snacking on
– 1/2 cup uncooked broccoli
– 1/2 cup of cucumbers
-15 raw and unsalted cashews
This is portion control on steroids. These are all the snacks that I can have for today. The smoothie for today is Apple Strawberry.
Yesterday’s smoothie was actually pretty good, so good I have added to my tasty recipe list.
Honestly I thought it would taste nasty but it didn’t.
I am 2 lbs down this morning. I will keep you guys posted.
