I lost my BEAST MODE…can you help me find it

Beast mode..Beast mode… where are you? I’ve been looking for you lately..Yes between juicing, military diet, and calorie counting I can say that my beast mode is fading fast. There were days where I would eat 1200 cals, 1 hour body combat and 1 hour elliptical and hit the weights.

What happened?

I know what happened… I let the results, compliments, and easy workouts get to my head.

I think I forgot the days that I didn’t think I could get this far. I forgot the days people would make their side comments about what they think I should do.

Even now people make comments like

  1. “you a bag of bones”
  2. “you can stop losing weight now, you’re fine”
  3. “you’re disappearing”
  4. “soon we won’t be able to see you”
  5. “you will blow away soon if you don’t stop working out”

Subconsciously these comments have effected me, I said with my mouth they did  but they did.

But I want to put a stop to that. I want to get my beast mode back.

  • I’m thinking about switching up my workouts
  • Joining another gym
  • Being an instructor has been a desire just scared really

Do you have any suggestion on how to get back on track with weightloss?

I completely agree with the playlist. I have been watching extreme workout videos and seeing what people can do with their bodies gets me pumped up (and makes me feel kinda slack). I really like the RawBrah video’s. These guys make me want to do a one arm pull-up, a clap push up and figure out how to jump higher than my height haha. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8F-lUC3xhc
The beast is still there, you just have to wake it up. Good Luck!

What has helped me in the past is going back to that place mentally that got me “fired up” when my journey first began. I’ve even gone back to doing the workouts I started with… Basically “kicking it old school” to get back to that place when the fire was burning proudly inside me!

At the beginning. I wanted to prove that I could do this. I wanted to show 2 specific doubters that I could not only do what I set out to but more. In the beginning I started with turbokick then I feel like I graduated to body combat. I will dust off a old round and get back to business. As usual you show me support. I thank you for that.
