If you can find time to workout, time to eat correct and time to rest you will lose weight. In essence its free because your TIME is priceless.
Finding time to workout: Some of us can spend a hour or two at the gym. BUT for some of us we have to squeeze it in during lunch, while the kids are sleep or while dinner is being made. In that case you want something that will take up a minimal amount of your TIME and gives you maximum results. I suggest a full body workout such as HIIT (high intensity interval training) or weights 5 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 10 should do the trick.
Choosing the correct time to eat: We have all heard, don’t eat after 7 pm which has no TRUE scienticfic facts to back it up but what we do know is most food choices made after 7 pm are not the most healthiest and eating to late can cause heartburn , insomnia and ” gastroesophageal reflex symptoms, such as coughing, wheezing and suffocation” especially in those who have asthma according to “The American Journal of Gastroenterology” so lets not say no food after 7 pm but lets eat at least 3 hours before bed time to minimize experiencing any of these things listed above or if we must eat before we sleep go light and healthy
Perfect amount of time to sleep: The average adult needs 7 hours minimum for there body and muscles to rebuild. According to the ” American Journal of Clinical Nutrition” found that those who have enough sleep burn more calorie while sleep than those who are sleep deprived.
If WE wanna lose weight, get healthy & stay fit we have to find TIME to do so.
