It’s about that time of year. You know, where everyone pulls out there list of things they will change next year because they left it stuck in last year (or this current year). Research shows that, Lose Weight is 1 of the top 3 New Year resolutions people have. Well it’s actually #1 but for inquiring minds #2 is get organized and #3 save more money. Luckily for you, I can help you with all 3 but for the sake of this blog post I am focusing on #1. Lose Weight.
A new year new you slogan swarms around like a plague in the beginning of December and it goes into high gear mid-December and in over Drive right after Christmas.

Don’t wait until the gyms are packed, everyone looking for workout gear or personal trainers hounding you with all their promotions and deals for them to train you.
START now and be ahead of crowd. Actually I want you to separate yourself form the crowd.STAND OUT.
This is not a New Year Resolution for you but a yearlong GOAL.
Losing weight is a goal.
Answers these questions
- Why do you want to lose weight?
- How much do you want to lose?
- Do you want to just drop a few pounds or is this a lifestyle change?
- Will losing weight change your life?
- How bad are you willing to fight to lose weight (YES I wrote fight because some days it will feel just like that, a fight between You vs. You)
- My favorite question: will you be committed to the process (aka YOURSELF)?
Now that all that is out the way. DO NOT get suckered into some New Year resolution that you won’t stick to but make it a yearlong goal that you will work on month in and month out.
